InfoComm International interview questions

The initial communication was a phone call from the HR manager to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 45 minutes. Following the phone interview the HR Manager contacted me to set up my in person interview. At the in person interview, I was interviewed by the department director and manager, following the interview I met with the Vice President of the department. A few days later I was contacted by one of the manager for a second phone interview. The job offered followed within the week. Over all process took about 2 weeks.

Completed a required application in advance of a face-to-face interview. Met with supervisor and had a good interview. Very easy going and it was an enjoyable conversation about the industry in general. Very open as well about the work and where the strengths and challenges were for the organization and how I would fit into the process.
