I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infobip (Pula) in Aug 2013
Interview
The interview process took about three to five weeks. There was an informal meeting, followed by a language skills assessment, and then followed by a technical interview. One of the interviewers was a bit immature and had some inappropriate questions about my appearance and age.

Question 1
Translate a poorly written text from English to Croatian, and then translate another Croatian document to English. The hardest part was that they were both email replies without much context, so some terms were ambiguous without context.

Interview
Classic, HR interview, technical and in the end with the manager. Very friendly and relaxed, no stress. Interviewer was great and also shared his opinion on best solution and why he thinks so

Interview
HR was really nice. We talked about everything, me, tech stack I used, my expectations and so on.
What I didn't like is next step where we had technical interview. They looked like they didn't want to be there. Wanted to get specific answer they had in their head, if you tried to explain solution with your own words, if it didn't overlap with their idea, they wouldn't accept even if it was correct.

Question 1
Describe architecture of project you worked in your previous company
Online interview with multiple people from the company, took 1 hour but it went by pretty quickly. They talked about the company, what technologies they use etc. then asked about me and my skills. A few theoretical questions but not trivial/unnecessary ones, so it was good.
