I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infobip
Interview
First interview was via phone. It was very informal and pleasant. I could ask anything I wanted to know and I got very detailed responses. After the phone interview I got an assignment to do at home which represented what I would work on, if hired. The assignment was not hard and it was very clear (what to do and what to do it with was clearly stated). I had the freedom to say how long it will take me to do it (they propose about 10 days but it can be more or less if needed). Very short after I turned it over, they called me for a third interview which was held at the office. Interviewers were very pleasant and full of understanding for things I didn't know. We went over the code and questions were only about things I did or could have done differently. Other part of the interview was about the company, job I would be doing and answers to my questions. Few days after they called me with feedback and their final decision about my employment.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infobip (Split) in Jul 2022
Interview
Everything went great. From first interview when recruiter presented all the imporant stuff about company, to second and third interview when I was asked technical questions and finally got a job offer. Thumbs up for every single person who was part of my interview process, they’ve really made it less stressful.
