I was contacted by the HR coordinator and Admin of the company who was very nice and we scheduled an interview. The company is located at the center of Tel-Aviv and finding a parking place is very difficult you will probably have to pay for one (they provide parking if you get the job). Despite the attractive location (for some) the offices themselves look quite neglected. The interview was performed by one of the company's team leader. The interview was a very standard hightech interview: general mutual introduction, a few technical questions and a summary. The questions were of a medium-high difficulty level. The interviewer attiude was a little bit condescending which was evident in the way he sat on his chair, reacted to my answers and hummed as a reply. Overall the interview was planned well and aimed at finding what they are looking for. A more welcoming/neutral attitude could have create a greater will to join the company but that's probably personal.
