Interviewed for a position at this company and then didnt get that one as over qualified so they called up and asked if I would like to be considered for a more senior role. Of course I agreed that I would however I did not hear anything from them after that so took another job elsewhere.

First high level recruiter screen, then interview with team members, potential internal customers and hiring mgr. The process was handled pretty efficient and effectively. Good recruiting team. and overall positive process.
