A group interview of 7 of us. First, we had to draw a shield and split it into 4 sections; 1) identifying 3 material things that are important and 2 immaterial; 2) 3 points of where we see ourselves in 5 years time; 3) a few points as to what attracts us about the role and what seems challenging; 4) a positive and negative person on our lives. This was then followed by being assigned an item (some examples were a pair of shoes, a dress, a mobile phone) and we had to pitch this after presenting our shield to the room. The interview then ended with a 30 second individual talk each that summarises prior professional experience and you as a person followed by a 1-on-1 interview/CV review in front of the group. All in all, a challenging interview. As a hint and judging by feedback, make sure you stress why commission is important to you - this seems to be an area they would like candidates to focus on.
