Telephonic and skype round. Basic questions about recruitment process tax term search string etc. They will ask how you get to know about recruitment. Do you any friend who is working staffing?
Very smooth. Basic questions. They will ask about you? They will ask about your education? If you are fresher they will ask you to read about search string. They will give you a JD ask you.
