The posting for this position looked promising, and shortly after my application I was e-mailed, called, and text messaged (whoa) inviting me to take a "skills assessment." The skills assessment felt more like a quiz for a class I hadn't taken with questions about fire extinguishers and the history of the internet. I'm assuming based on my score on this assessment, I was not selected for an interview. Huge waste of time. I got the feeling that they are looking to underpay people that should be entry-level candidates, not provide support through a meaningful internship program.
