Interview
You attend one behavioral interview that is online on Microsoft Teams. They will ask questions about your background and experience. Rolling admissions. Hear back about offer and given about one month to decide on acceptance.
Phone screening followed by a proper interview with two managers. In between was a Korn Ferry assessment. I heard back a week after my interview about an offer via a phone call from HR.

They asked why I was interested in working at Ingredion.
Two rounds of interview: recruiter screen and then interview with hiring manager. They were all behavioral questions, and the recruiters were supportive and answered questions quickly. Very comfortable experience overall.
