It was simple, over the phone and took 15 minutes, pretty straightforward questions about availability and interests, the interviewer was very polite, no further steps were required and the offer was sent right away

Standard phone interview for first phone call/screening. HR was extremely nice and engaging. Was told I would be put through to a 2nd interview with director report but then wasn't contacted and only when I followed up was I told they decided to proceed with someone else.
