This was a very lengthy process. It was 4 stages and they ask for references at the last stage. they also make you do a trial project before actually starting interviews. The interviewers were all super nice and the interviews felt like conversations. Disappointed that I was ghosted because this seemed like a great opportunity.
The interview process was very long for an entry level position/program like this. The process includes several interviews as well as written tests. The later interviews were definitely much more difficult than the earlier interviews. I felt that they expected a lot more experience than a normal candidate at the entry level would have.

I went through months of interviewing, in the final interview process, I was told I basically had the job, I had a great final interview, then with no warning was told that I did not get the job with no explanation at all. Very poor conduct, especially for a senior level position.
