Such a waste of time and non professional at all !
1- it wasn't mentioned in the ad that the job is remote and not in berlin ( lack of details )
2- as per as the interviewer , she said that they needed a manual QA (testing ) experience in that position and that's the priority for them , however it wasn't mentioned in the ad or in the job title ( lack of details )
3- realized that the interviewer didn't have the right CV in her hands !after i mentioned that to her she said she had it in hands now , but even till the end I would say that she still didn't have it ! (unprofessional)
4- The Interviewer's English accent is below average
After the initial screening, the hiring manager shared a case study that had to be completed within 2 days. I completed it and shared it with him to which he replied he’ll get back to me with feedback. Never got a response back after that. Hate when companies do this, atleast send out a rejection to someone who spent their time and effort going through the process.
