The interview process is long, well over 5 weeks. Friendly experience with poor HR turnaround (a week or two would pass with no communication). There are four rounds of interviews (screeing call with HR, line manager interview, team/panel interview, and CEO interview).
The one thing the organization can do better: follow up with potential candidates. For example, if an email is sent to the hiring team, it would be courteous to respond, especially for the last round of candidates.
