I interviewed with First.com and found the experience extremely frustrating. Part of the interview was led by the CEO, but her English was poor, which made it hard to follow the conversation and added to the unstructured and unclear nature of the discussion. Questions were inconsistent, and there was little explanation of the role, expectations, or how success would be measured. The CEO’s answers about company direction and strategy raised concerns, as it seemed the business is struggling to make a profit and lacks clear operational focus. Overall, the interview left me unsure about the leadership style, the company’s priorities, and whether this is a stable place to work.
