The interview consisted of a three-person panel and a series of both general and scenario-based interview questions, including inquiries about organizational skills. While the panel members were kind and friendly, I must admit that I found the interview and hiring process to be rather unproductive. The recruiter contacted me to inform me that a hiring manager expressed interest in my application and wished to interview me for a higher position than the one I initially applied for. However, during the interview, the panel conveyed an impression that they had already made a selection and were merely going through the motions for the sake of formality.
