Interview
There was a basic accounting test, followed by interview with two interviewers, answered some questions and ask some questions. They also ask my expected salary and my goals and I asked about the company culture, the environment, the working style of boss.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at InnoCellence in Oct 2024
Interview
Interviewed on Microsoft Teams. HR's camera was on, Creative lead's camera was off. Interview went okay, but was recorded without consent.
Followed up after 2 weeks of no news for HR to say that they would like to interview another candidate next week before making the decision.
Followed up again another 2 weeks after their interview, for HR to say they are putting the position on hold "due to unforeseen circumstances".
However the job posting is still up.
Probably just another ghost job wasting people's time.
- Sincere and pleasant team, especially HR and the boss.
- need to do a test after passing the first round which is a good gauge of the expected work
- good to be prepared to share work experiences
