Applied 5/10/26 through their site. Got invited for an interview 5/21/26 that I scheduled for 5/28/26. On 5/27/26 they sent me 2 reminders of my interview, the morning of 5/28/26 they sent me all the links. 15 minutes before my interview they cancelled because the position (which is still up on their site) had been filled. It was a total waste of my time. I don’t think a company who cannot respect applicants is a good place to work
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InnovAge (Denver, CO) in Sept 2025
Interview
The recruiter did not show up for our scheduled video call. After ten minutes, I sent an email to check in. I got what seemed to be a sarcastic reply a few hours later. Hoping it was a misunderstanding, I asked if we could reschedule. I got another snarky reply and then got ghosted. It's unfortunate, because it seems like a good organization with a good mission. I hate to judge them based on the behavior of a single recruiter, but that's all I have to go on.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at InnovAge (Tampa, FL) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of a three part interview. First, interview is with an HR person. Second interview is with your director or supervisor. Third is with the directors boss.
