Interview
First round was f2f technical . Senior technical person asked me all about .net, sql, JQuery and asked few codes to write on paper.
I tried my best and my interview went good.
Once done with technical round, i was been told to wait. and then the person who took my interview told me Hr is not present today you can leave for day .But Hr was present . Why to lie, be straight forward and say we are not considering you further.
Pathetic interview process .Total waste of time . We guys take leave at current office and anyhow manage to come . and we get nothing in return not even a feedback negative or positive.
So unprofessional.
Technical person was not that knowledgeable , he was asking question from his laptop .

Interview
First round was HR to give basic initial details such as position, CTC, expected etc. Once done with the HR round one progresses towards technical round. Keeping in mind that 5Nance (brand of innovage) is a leading fintech company, I did not expect the interview to be easy. Overall company has good process and people (HR and Managers) for recruitment.
