I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Innovapptive
Interview
The interview process was of 2 rounds. Both the rounds were polar opposite of each other.
The first round was taken by the developers themselves. They were really warm and receptive towards me while I attempt to solve the problem. They even helped out when I got mentally stuck.
The second round was taken by a senior member. This round was probably the worst I have ever had in my time interviewing at multiple places. The interviewer was arrogant and not interested in participating in a healthy discussion. They were constantly cutting me off mid-sentence and were more interested in what they had to say than what I had to say (after asking me a question). They said my achievement was "easy" before I even described the problem statement. They basically turned every discussion into I am right, and you are wrong instead of a healthy debate.
