The first 2 rounds were quite good which were taken by the professional software engineers then comes the final ceo round the ceo will ask you foolish questions which is of no use in development & will try to make you feel you know nothing after that the HR team will give you unrealistic offers which is of no use they just waste the time of candidates and dont hire they just want the candidates who can work with them for 5-10k with 2+ yoe from the final round to HR rounds they all just try to manipulate you and hire you for 2-3 months once the project is done they will fire you it's clear from their hiring pitch they initially said that their budget was higher once the rounds are clear they reduced the budget in the final round they said the lowest budget and the offer was too unrealistic which can cause damage to anyone's career please don't join this company specially for software development roles even if you don't have any offer in hand please don't join they want robots with no money given . They will consume you previous time and then the outcome is literally zerooo!!! Pathetic hiring process and transparency with poor communication and even they will ask you to sign the bond which they disclose once you have cleared first two rounds and the bond will be of 2 years and they will bind you for those 2 years and will not offer any increment they just scam the candidates .the CEO literally has zero idea of software development and counters you for your own project with stupid foolish questions and will behave like he's the only person who is correct and you know nothing and from that point of time the game starts they start convincing that the interview was not good and still we're offering you and will offer you 80 percent less then the asked amount pathetic culture pathetic ceo pathetic HR team and pathetic company .
