Interview
The company was fairly new when I was hired in, so there wasn't more than one interview like they do with some potential employees now. The hiring process is a bit biased as far as hiring friends or family members, so some family is allowed from certain employees while other employees can't recommend the company as a potential job for their friends or family.

When I was hired, they were desperate for pharmacy technicians, so the interview process was asking questions such as "when can you start?" or "how many hours would you like to work?".
