Be prepared to answer questions that are going to require you to answer honestly and genuinely. We are a company of 7 core values, and honesty is one of them. The questions asked during the interviewing process has to do a lot with your goals, motive, and drive. We want to know what is your true intention for your role with our company. We want hard workers who will be dedicated to doing exactly that, hard work. Quite frankly, we're not settling for anything less than that. So, if you are a hard worker and want to grow and dedicate time to being an impact, then you should be successful with all of the questions during the interview.
