The process happened at UCLA during a career fair. IST was there looking for a salesmen. They were also needing somebody to take care of Latin America customers. IST made a quick interview with me and offered me an interview in Las Vegas with the CEO. I attended this interview. They paid for everything and in the end I was offered an opportunity.
