Innovista Health Solutions interview questions

Interview process was normal and average. Nothing stuck out. The screening with HR was average. Interview with hiring manager and one other key person in the company. It was more like a dialogue and I was able to ask questions as well.

Interviewed in 2 sessions. With Manager then both Manager and Director. Interview process was completed within an hours time frame Most questions revolved around my past experiences and not much of what the job entailed and what my everyday workload would mirror.
