It is a typical outstaffing company (originating from Belarus) and hiring IT-people in Russia, Belarus and all over CIS (mostly for cheep) to further resell (implant) them to US and EU companies.
Initially, I got contacted by a company recruter via email.
The first stage of the hiring process was a screening interview with an HR clerk via Google Meet.
Later I had a technical one with a couple of in-house SMEs also via Google Meet.
Former employees of large western companies should expect that a typical interview may involve attempts to pry out trade secrets - the tech interviewer showed extreme interest in details of my past projects (nature of data, origin, purpose, processing details, etc).
