Insight PA Cyber Charter School interview questions

It was a good experience and the questions were typical interview questions. Example: Why do you want to work here? In the past how did you respond to certain situations? etc.

The 1st round is reasonable as is for evaluating teaching and content. The 2nd round, if the team doesn't like you, the administration might not respond for months even though they tell you they will get back to you in one week. When you give them a reminder through their secretary, they might still not respond. If you aren't going to respond, don't say you will. It's not hard to say "we're not sure" if that is even the case. I have bumped into two currently employed colleagues at the school since then, and they were not friendly either. I have a very bad impression of their treatment of staff at this school, and I hope I can find cyber schools that care about the people they interview and hire, whether they are a fit for the school or not. #Lack_of_Empathy
