Insight Resource Group interview questions

The interview process included a phone interview and an in-person interview. I was interviewed by a design department manager and her manager. During the phone interview, they mostly talked about their company and the job role. They asked me a couple of questions but that's it. A few days later, I went for an in-person interview. Three weeks after, I got a job offer from the company.
