Thank you for your feedback. We have a structured approach to every stage of our interview process, including the pre-screen call that you had. At the pre-screen, we gather the same information from all of our candidates—much of it around their motivation, logistics, and relevant experience to determine minimum and preferred qualifications for the position. At the pre-screen, when we have time, we have an opportunity to share the context of how the position fits in to the organization and why it’s open. You may have misunderstood that our recruiting manager was not sought out by Insitu—our mission drew her in and she sought us out. But you are correct that across the whole HR team, we are passionate about what we do. Certainly, our objective by the time a candidate completes a full interview process with us is that they have all of their questions answered about the position to make a sound, informed choice to join us.
