I first applied online and then went into the actual store where I was instructed to email the Senior Marketing Manager and she replied and asked when I could have a phone interview and we scheduled a time to talk and I was then offered the position on the spot.

The interview was done by phone, was short did not have to go in person to interview. The person interviewing was really nice. Interview was short and easy, no problems in answering questions. Interview was about 5 min through phone
