Interview
The interview process was lengthy and ultimately disappointing. It began with a 45-minute online interview, focused heavily on theoretical statistics and epidemiology, structured like an exam with many short questions. This was followed by a demanding, week-long take-home test and concluded with two on-site interviews: one to present and explain my test solution and code, and a second for cultural fit.
Overall, the experience was poor. Despite requiring a significant time commitment, as if candidates were fully available, the company’s response times were slow, with the process extending over seven weeks. After the in-person interviews (where they were polite and friendly), promised timelines for decisions weren’t met, with delays, non-transparent communication, and ultimately ghosting. I only received a response after reaching out to another interviewer on LinkedIn to inquire about the status.

Not sure what exactly the "Talent Team" do beyond sending CVs/Cover Letters to ChatGPT with the job description to do their job for them,
Interview was beyond tedious with the interviewer not even understanding what the role was. Even revealed crucial information by accident that should have been on the job posting,
