Numerous interviews focused on systems design and deployability. Recruiters are disorganized and don't communicate well. Then interview with engineers. Overall an okay experience but more painful than necessary for this job
Call with the recruiter. First round with hiring manager and was moved to the second round. Virtual Onsite 4 interviewers. Overall impression is that they are pretty disorganized. They rescheduled my interview and even that interviewer was late to my interview. I was notified almost immediately after that rescheduled interview that they would not move forward. I believe they had already made a decision to not go forward before my last interview that got rescheduled. Overall don't think the process was very transparent.
