Start the day with them entering and sitting down then they introduced themselves and started to explain the company then explained what my roll would be and the details of said roll

The interview process was pretty standard. I was offered to do a working interview to get a feel for the job. They know this isn't a fit for everyone but they are willing to give almost anyone the chance to try it out.
