Institute For Humane Studies Editorial Assistant interview questions

I was contacted the day after I applied through their online portal via Indeed. By "contacted" I use that term loosely considering it was an automated system that led me to a scheduler app for a phone interview, instructing met to chose the best date and time available. There was only one date and two times. Nevertheless, the chose a time and did some research on the company. My phone interview lasted 15 minutes from a recruiter that did not disclose her name and when I asked for her name and information in order to follow up on, she said, "I will send it to you" then never did. All in all, while I was very excited about the cause and position (for which I was very qualified for), this organization has to step up on their communications. I never had the contact information for one person in the organization for questions, schedule changes etc.
