Interview
Three interviews over the course of about 2 and a half months, two of which were with the CEO. First interview involved questions about my undergraduate degree in great detail. Latter two involved brainstorming debate ideas based on random prompts.

Appalling communication, a waste of time and energy.
The IAI and its parent company tvf media blanket Russell Group University jobs boards with advertisements looking for exceptional graduates, "bright, highly-motivated individuals" promising the opportunity to work on exciting cutting edge projects and attain "thought leadership". If their hiring process is anything to go by then if you are such a person I wouldn't waste your time, there are many other more reputable companies out there who will not mess you around.
After applying with a cover letter and CV I was approached for a first round interview. Like all meeting requests throughout the process this was at short notice, 24hrs in advance.
The interview was easy with general competency questions and an overview of the events that IAI put on. The interviewer seemed somewhat unprepared but was positive about my application and finished the interview by saying someone would be in touch in the next couple of days about a potential second round.
There was no follow up email, but a week later a different recruiter approached me asking me to attend a first round interview, again scheduled for the next day. When I wrote back clarifying the mistake I received no response. I then contacted the initial recruiter and received no response. I waited a week and contacted the recruiter again, again no response.
On the whole a complete waste of time. Throughout the process the impression of IAI and tvf I received was a company without adequate systems in place to live up to its grandiose self image. I would advise you to look elsewhere.
