The interview process was simple. The interview will take approximately 45 minutes, and you will need to spend 30-45 minutes preparing for it. You will receive an email with a link to the company's interview-preparation website called "First Interview Preparation. " You will need to spend approximately 30 minutes to complete the preparation for your interview. The First Interview Preparation consists of the following: Step 1: Watch / Listen / Read Interview Prep video. Step 2: Listen to a sample sales call. Step 3: Download and print, Laying the Foundation and the Close (You will need to reference these documents during your interview). Step 4: Visit a partner-branded website University of Oklahoma. Step 5: Watch the two video interviews from recent program participants (optional). The day of the interview, a sales manager will call you on the date and time that you selected (again, you will receive an email to schedule your phone interview). The sales manager will ask you questions, and will also do a mock sales call with you. After the interview, the sales manager will tell you that you will receive an email regarding whether or not you have been selected for a second (and final) phone interview.
