I applied online. I interviewed at Institute of Reading Development in Jan 2019
Interview
Essay application, two minute video questions, 30 minute live video interview. The interviewer pretended like I was answering all the questions correctly and told me I was doing a great job. Got rejected by a robo email two weeks later. I believe it is unprofessional to act like you’re going to give someone a job and then you reject them in such a way.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Institute of Reading Development (Kathleen, GA) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview process consisted of a video interview. Before the interview, your computer goes through steps to ensure that it can properly handle the technology requirements. M computer went through the setup just fine. However, when I began the interview I kept being thrown out of the interview. At the time the I was not sure if the interview was being recorded. I was thrown out of the interview numerous times during the process. This was the worst interview I have ever had. I contacted the Institute through proper channels technology department. I was given no help or told what to do. I was not given a chance to re-record the interview due to all of the technical issues I suffered. I a deeply disappointed in this process. It seems to me that a place with such an uplifting goal for the education of children would have a better interviewing process.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Institute of Reading Development (Les Genevez) in Feb 2016
Interview
Lengthy. I applied in January, was requested for an interview in February, heard back from the IRD in late March, when I had two more interviews in April. Finally hired two weeks before training began.
One essay about reading absorption, two recorded video interviews where you are asked to describe yourself over a period of two minutes, several assigned readings about company culture, two 1-1 video interviews with teacher trainers from the IRD.
