One interview with HR. 1 interview with Manager. 1 interview panel with RTE & Scrum Master. Times between interview were not that so long. Panel was difficult, seemes like a questionaire.

What a waste of time, panel interview very serious and not too friendly, very unhappy people, not a single smile was given.
Apparently there's no budget to growth and not feedback provided at the end of the process, just an email notification.
They mentioned to work with SAFe but their main challenge is the change of priorities.
