I applied online. I interviewed at Insurify (Cambridge, MA) in Feb 2026
Interview
First round was online assessment which was a mix of basic data analysis and interpretation and “choose next in the sequence” tasks. Next was a brain-teaser round. After that was the super-day with 4 different interviews. One tested data thinking and logic, another was a problem-solving round with data, another was a brain-teaser round, and another was a live coding round. After that was the final interview with the head of the team and one of the CEOs. Process about 1-2 weeks between getting interview feedback and scheduling the next round, so total length was almost 2 months. Everyone I interviewed with was super friendly. It was a ton about how you think, not what you know. Process was definitely lengthy and tough, but you can tell they are searching for great intellectual and personality fits.
