I applied online, got video interview after days. There are 5 randomly selected questions related to the job. Some regular question like describe yourself and why this job, and some unexpected question that I will post below

I didn’t expect the question to be related to customer service. Overall it was an eye opening experience. Just prepare for anything I would say not just the role you are applying for
Received an invitation to do a one way video interview a few days after applying. Respond to written questions by speaking to the camera plus a written response. Completed it and never heard back, no rejection but no follow up either.

First interview was one-way where you had to record your answers to questions that were prompted on the screen. There was 3 questions total followed by a task to write a professional email based on details provided.
