Interview
The interview was average, two line managers were conducting virtual interview, very responsive and seems very understanding , interview went very good. Said they will reply back in 2 weeks for the final process selection

Question 1
1. describe a situation where you have to go beyond your capacity when dealing with a difficult customer
2. How well you would adapt to a new situation describe an incidence or a situation and what did you do?
3. Describe a time where you have to be really attentive to detail in your work.
Initially, a virtual interview answering computer-generated questions. Then a virtual interview with 2 people from the department. Standard type interview star questions. This was in 2022 so not sure if anything as changed.

Name a time when you faced a challenging situation at work and how did you handle it?
The hr rep which reached out to me kept rescheduling the interview. At least 3 times it was rescheduled with no good reason. On the last time I withdrew my application.

Interview
Applied directly on the website. Received the HR call within 3 days. 2nd round with hiring manager within a week. Both virtual. Hybrid role. Easy applications. They are always looking for candidates due to moderate to high employee turnover.
