I applied online. Honestly, I felt that their interview process was a bit unprofessional. I received an email from the manager of the department to set-up an interview about a week after I applied. I attended the interview and the manager and his boss were present. It was a very different kind of interview, in that little was asked of me and it was mostly a discussion about how great it was to work for the company. I found it very odd because we had all taken the time out of our schedules to have this interview but I did not really feel like I had been interviewed. I followed up two weeks later to see where they were at in the interview process. I was advised by the manager that they were still interviewing but that he would get back to me either way (whether they hired me or not). I never heard back and obviously did not get the job.
