I had 2 interviews, the first with a lady, I found the interview went really well and I was very interested to work with the company. I then proceeded to get a 2nd interview. They tested me on code that they had written that works but could be better, so what is the answer? gave me 1 minute to answer. Same on the rest business logic questions. I thought I was going for a C# development role, however it seems that it was a business logic role and in fact it was just using there own in house IQ system they had previously built to automatically build the ERP for the customer. The role was to maintain that. I have been programming for 20 years built 3 ERP systems from scratch and still, they managed to complete crucify me in the interview. I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life.
