I applied online and received an email to set up a phone interview. On the day of the interview, the interviewer couldn't get through the call. She blamed me for having technical difficulties and declined to interview me. I called her out on it and let her know that it wasn't fair. One, she doesn't know the reason of the technical difficulty and two, she refuses to talk after I made the effort to call her using Google voice. Also she was rude on the phone. I know this affected her judgement and I did not go further in the interview process. There needs to be some common courtesy which this interviewer did not have. It was a disappointing experience.
