First round was with HR, simple intro 30 minute call to discuss background and reason for application, mostly the HR explaining details of the company and position. Second round was 30 minute phone call with VP of Trading, again just going over background and resume, and explaining the position in more detail. Third round was 60 minute video call with VP of trading team and another Manager of the trading team. Went over background and resume again, and had two brain teasers at the end. (1 brain teaser involving critical thinking and 1 probability question). After a couple of weeks, I was invited for a fourth round, again 60 minute video call, with the same people for another round of technical questions. This time 2 new brain teasers (1 expected value, and 1 critical thinking). This time they also asked me to explain how I would build a function to do some portfolio rebalancing. Overall everyone was really nice and I learned quite a lot from all the interviews. They were pretty quick to respond each time, getting back to me usually a day or two after each interview, except for the 2-week period between 3rd and 4th interviews.
