The interview process was good. They vetted me thoroughly and I had to complete a zoom interview first before I was invited back to do a in person interview. I had to meet with each department head and the process was about 4 hours. Very casual but informational. It allows you the opportunity to really see the company and how they work and for the company to see you in your element also.
