Layered, intuitive, comprehensive. Immediate Sales Manager portion was reality driven: both situational and theoretical based. Obvious probe of background by experience based questions and actions produced by them. Additionally, situation based questions more pertinent to the product set done in role play scenario. Ride along with a more experienced rep offered more question and reporting for both myself and the company in a realistic portrayal of day to day activities.

Interview
The company contacted me directly based on a posted resume. Then I got to meet with the hiring manager, one of his employees, and his manager (the director). The start of the interview was a 2-person Q&A about the position, expectations and problem solving.

A network diagram was used and the question was asked, about a subscriber not being able to access the network to receive calls, where would you start debugging and why.
