Saw the ad in craigslist. Applied for position by emailing Resume'. Got a call from the recruiter. In the Phone interview itself the person haggled about giving a very low salary and signing a contract for 2 years. Went onsite and saw the company, which was a 2 room office. No technical questions. Just tell me about yourself questions. The man was focussed on bargaining you at low price, as if he was buying me.
