Integrated Real Estate Group interview questions

Don't waste your time or too much of your energy on them... I applied for one of their Executive Director in Training positions. I was contacted via email by a recruiter with a set of four questions asking why I was interested in the role, how many years of experience within management, how many teams members I have supervised, and what my salary expectations were. I followed-up with my responses to the recruiter and she then scheduled a Teams interview with another team member. Ten (10!) minutes before my interview start time, I received an email that the interview was canceled and they had already filled the position. Don't take them too seriously or invest too much of your time. Highly unprofessional and disorganized.
