Interview
Don't waste your time or too much of your energy on them...
I applied for one of their Executive Director in Training positions. I was contacted via email by a recruiter with a set of four questions asking why I was interested in the role, how many years of experience within management, how many teams members I have supervised, and what my salary expectations were.
I followed-up with my responses to the recruiter and she then scheduled a Teams interview with another team member.
Ten (10!) minutes before my interview start time, I received an email that the interview was canceled and they had already filled the position.
Don't take them too seriously or invest too much of your time. Highly unprofessional and disorganized.

Interview
I was contacted pretty quickly after applying. I had a preliminary interview and she seemed very excited to move me on to a second interview for the following week, but then it became crickets. After weeks of following up, I finally reached out to their general inquiries mailbox and then all of a sudden I heard back that they were looking for something a little different. It’s a very difficult job market currently, and consideration for job seekers’ time goes a long way.

Interview
It was a concise, two step process. Everyone was very personable. I felt adequately prepared based off the courses I had taken during the course of my college career, and nothing that was asked of me was out of left-field.
