The process was painless; two rounds and both were extremely informative. They let your resume speak for itself. Conversations were more geared to getting to know the person to ensure a good company/culture fit.

Roundtable interview. Me and 3 other candidates all in the same room - they went around asking everyone questions. Felt a bit like dogs fighting over a bone, but it was a good, intense way to weed out someone who couldn't shine under pressure.
