I made a phone call with the Manager of the Charleston team, where they asked me about my background and interests and how I would contribute to the team. Around a 30 minute phone call where we discussed onboarding as well

Interview
Simple call followed by interview. Then a couple days later was offered the job. Good process people were very nice during it. Made it less stressful and felt part of the team even in the interview.
Recruiting call then an in-person interview with sales managers that lasts 30-45 minutes. You also shadow one of the brokers. Super chill environment in the office that is just outside of the city
